Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. What happens if an iNMOspector report turns out to be erroneous?
In the unlikely event that an error is found in an iNMOspector report, we offer a **certified report** option. This report provides you with a **legal and official resource** to claim any potential damages. This added security benefits both buyers and sellers, ensuring peace of mind during your transaction.
2. What if a seller does not allow iNMOspector to inspect a property I’m interested in?
Property owners are not legally required to allow an iNMOspector inspection. However, this refusal could indicate that the seller has something to hide. In such cases, we recommend proceeding with caution or considering alternative properties.
3. Does iNMOspector provide inspections in English, German, or other languages?
Yes! We provide professional translations of our inspection reports in English, German, French, and 30 additional languages using advanced AI technology. This ensures our international clients always understand what they are purchasing. Please note that the Spanish original version of the report is the official reference for legal matters, as it aligns with Spanish law.
4. Who is iNMOspector.com?
iNMOspector.com is an initiative by Markus Hoffmann and Jose Manuel Tudó Anta. Our experienced inspectors operate through a trusted network led by Tudó & Galán Arquitectura.

6. When and how do I pay for the inspection service?
Payments can be made in full or with a 50% deposit when booking the service. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card. Your payment is securely held until the inspection has been successfully completed, ensuring your satisfaction before funds are released to the inspector.
7. Don’t ITEs (Inspección Técnica de Edificaciones) make iNMOspector obsolete?
No. While **ITE inspections** assess structural stability, roofing, and key utilities, they are typically mandatory only for older buildings (usually over 40 years). In contrast, iNMOspector evaluates the actual and current condition of any property, regardless of its age, across a minimum of *8 detailed chapters for a comprehensive analysis.
8. What if I want to update my property inspection report later on?
If your property has been previously inspected by iNMOspector, you can request an updated report within 24 months for just 25% of the original cost. This allows you to keep your property assessment current and up to date.
9. How much does the inspection cost?
Inspection costs vary based on the size of the property and the type of report you require. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your property.
